At a well attended noise board hearing at Portland City Hall the committee voted 4-1 to approve the application for a variance to let the Indy Car series run at up to 115db. Yay!
PIR and FOPIR as well as the representatives from Indy Car made their case in convincing fashion, along with overwhelming support from the racing community. Great job everyone… and now…. Let’s see some pro racing y’all!
