New for this event: A TRACK TIME TRIALS GROUP!!!
* This event is being run as a single run group during the CSCC/ICSCC
weekend races and will contain both HPDE Advanced and Track Time Trial (TT)
drivers.
* The TT/HPDE track day will consist of four (4) 20-minute sessions on
track.
* The TT drivers will be scored using a points system that emphasizes
consistent lap times and not just a single fast lap.
* TT has the same minimum safety requirements as HPDE.
* TT classing will be time-based, dividing the TT drivers based on their
qualifying lap times (1st morning session on track).
* TT points earned in remaining three (3) sessions on track.
This is NOT wheel to wheel racing. The winner may not even get the fastest lap time. It’s about consistency and precision. Please review the details provided on the event registration page, and we’ll see you at the racetrack!
